For primary care clinicians (including physicians, physician

there are seven online modules dealing with oral health for all age
groups.

Providers
Bright Futures is a national disease-prevention and health-promotion

MouthHealthy - American Dental Association
The ADA has gathered sample presentations, career resources & oral
health curriculum that can be used by any health professional or
educator with schools or other groups which serve children.

Professional's Guide to Pediatric Oral Health Management
Consists of a series of seven modules designed to assist health
professionals in managing the oral health of infants and young
children.
Open Wide:
Oral Health Training for Health Professionals
Curriculum consists of a series of four modules designed to help
health and early childhood professionals working in community
settings (for example, Head Start, home visiting, and WIC staff)
promote oral health in the course of promoting general health for
infants, children, and their families.
Oral Health Fact Sheets for Medical Professionals
Fourteen fact sheets addressing special needs patients ranging from
those with anxiety to cerebral palsy are provided as a resource for
medical professionals. The fact sheets contain oral manifestations &
considerations as well as oral side effects of commonly prescribed
medications for the condition.
Special
Care: An Oral Health Professional's Guide to Serving Young Children
with Special Health Care Needs.
This series of five modules is designed to provide oral health
professionals with information to help ensure that young children
with special health care needs have access to health promotion and
disease prevention services that address their unique oral health
needs in a comprehensive, family-centered, and community-based
manner.

Practice (OHNEP)
The OHNEP website serves as the knowledge center for faculty
development, competency development, and best practices in oral
health across the lifespan. It provides oral health nursing
education and practice resources for nurses and other health
professionals.

For Smiles - A Guide for Carers (reprinted 2012)
Caring for Smiles is a training guide for oral health professionals
to deliver training to staff caring for dependent older persons in
healthcare establishments.
