Oral Health Heroes: Nominate Yours!
Its time for the third annual Oral Health Hero awards. Maine is blessed with many who fit this description, and this your opportunity to give public recognition to some of those that have gone above and beyond to create better oral health access for Maine residents.Theawardswill honor legislators, community leadersand organizations for their leadership. Please help us by nominating a community hero(es) (individuals, organizations, or groups in Maine) that have demonstrated:
  • Outstanding leadership in oral health advocacy and/or organizing,and;
  • Strongcommitment to improving the state of oral health in Maine.

Nominations are due by January 11th. Nomination forms are here, and you may return by fax, email or mail.
